By accessing and using the ELIDZ Skills Portal ("the Portal"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Portal.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Portal. By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Portal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

• Access AI-powered candidate matching
• Review applications and candidate profiles
• Schedule and manage interviews
• Communicate with potential candidates
• Access recruitment analytics and reports

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data without permission
• Interfere with the Portal's operation or security
• Use the Portal for spam or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6.2 Content Standards

All content you submit must:

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Portal Content

All content on the Portal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of ELIDZ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Portal. However, by submitting content, you grant ELIDZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing Portal services.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Portal content without permission
• Use ELIDZ trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on Portal content

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination:

• Your profile and data may be deleted or anonymized
• Active applications may be withdrawn

9.2 Termination by ELIDZ

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ELIDZ does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of information
• Successful job placements or hiring outcomes
• Security of data transmission

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELIDZ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from user interactions or transactions
• Third-party content or actions

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELIDZ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
